For those who prefer to access our legal services without having to physically coming to our downtown Manhattan office we offer a complete service via Internet, telephone and

e-mail.

Our Internet service is a full service. Attorney Spodek will speak with you, at your convenience, to answer all of your questions, conduct his full interview and to obtain all information necessary filing your bankruptcy case. You will have limitless toll-free telephone access with our office.

Presently, this service is available to New York State residents living in

New York City

(all 5 boroughs),

Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Putnam counties.

Your petition will be sent to you, in draft form, over the Internet or by mail as you wish.

At your convenience, you will call our office toll free to personally review your draft petition with Attorney Spodek.

Once in final form your petition will be sent to you via the Internet or by mail as you wish. The petition is signed by you and return to our office. We then file your petition with the court, obtain a court hearing date and attend the court hearing with you. An attorney from our office is always present with.

Of course, although you elect to use our Internet Office, you are always welcome at our actual office and can meet with us as often as you wish.

to request an Internet Retainer Application. We have an e-mail link on our home page.

You simply complete the Internet Retainer Application, returned it to our office with a $100 deposit (the deposit is applied to your fess). Next we call to schedule your personal telephone consultation with Attorney Spodek. The telephone consultation is detailed and not limited to a single telephone call. All of your concerns and questions will be fully answered, by Attorney Spodek.

If for any reason you do not decide do go forward after the telephone consultation your deposit will be fully refunded.
