Our standard services includes, at no extra charge, attending to all of these requirements. They include:

Obtaining a Special Edition Credit Report of your obligations, transfers of your accounts to collection agencies, third-party assignees and if any judgments have been obtained against you; obtaining a copy of your IRS Tax Transcripts; the Pre-Filing Credit Class, performance and certification of the Financial Means Test; preparation and filing of your petition; payment of all court filing fess; representation at court hearings (as known as the Meeting of Creditors); a copy of your official filed bankruptcy petition; and the Post-Filing Credit Class.

Our total fee for a standard bankruptcy case is $1,625. However, you can get started for only $99 .

We offer a deferred payment plan. You can take months to pay the balance our legal fees in easy monthly installments.

Complex
Chapter 7 Cases

A complex bankruptcy case will present special circumstances or legal issues. If you wish to discharge tax debts, interest and penalties; if you are now operate a business; or if you have extraordinarily high debts your case may require special attention. Complex cases will incur some additional fee legal fees.

All fees are always discussed at the free consultation and are quote in writing before representation starts.

Chapter 13 Cases

A Chapter 13 cases will require partial or full repayment of creditors? claims. Once a Chapter 13 petition is filed all interest and finance charges stop at once. A Chapter 13 is used to stop a mortgage foreclosure in other special circumstances including cases of persons who's "financial means test results prevent them from filing for Chapter 7 protection.

There are many benefits from a Chapter 13 filing that should not be overlooked when faced with a serious financial problem. All of the benefits and features are fully discussed at your free consultation with attorney Spodek.

A Chapter 13 case is considerably more complex; the case will continue for three to five years and accordingly the legal fees are more than in a Chapter 7 case.
